ANNEALING

In this step, the temperature drops to 75C. In this phase primer bind with complements with sequencing order on DNA single strand. Mostly Annealing temperature set between 50 and 75 Centigrade for 30 seconds to one minute. 

EXTENSION

In this step, a loosen nucleotide of every base is added. Each nucleotide combines with their complements to form two double-stranded DNA strands

END OF CYCLE

This is the final step of the polymerase chain reaction. After the synthesis of two identical strands, the PCR cycle was completed.
