Diabetes is a chronic condition where the body either doesn’t produce enough insulin or cannot effectively use the insulin it makes, leading to high blood sugar levels.

There are three main types:

  • Type 1 diabetes
  • Type 2 diabetes
  • Gestational diabetes

  8. Tingling or Numbness in Hands and Feet (Neuropathy)
  9. Frequent Infections (e.g., urinary tract or yeast infections)
  10. Dark Patches on the Skin (Acanthosis Nigricans)
