How to prepare giemsa stain working solution (giemsa stain composition)
- Add the weighed amount of Grunwald stain power in the conical flask. Add 100 methanol and mix well.

- Warm both flask at 50C temperature for 15 minutes. Note: Mix well during warming.
- Both stains filter in clean bottles and store at room temperature in the darkroom.
